A really cost effective way of assisting employees to shift and change their behaviours, move up or move out is by running a coaching programme!! This programme develops confidence and skills in the abilities of the people who attend, about 1/3 of the people coached leave their job, take action on their dreams and move onto bigger and better things, 1/3 are promoted or take a sideways move and 1/3 are left in their substantive posts but often with a different mindset and more motivation. Coaching programmes can be customised and tailored to individual requirements usually commissioned by Human Resources or Training and Learning departments, it's an 'investment in people' option and a really effective one, many managers who run this kind of programme have been delighted with the results. These programme has been running continuously in organisations since 2003 and over 150 people have completed a 6 month Career Change and Professional Development Coaching Programme.
|
Custom designed Career and Professional Development Programmes for groups of coaching clients. We have designed programmes for between 6-20 staff, each receiving 7 1/2 hours of individual in-person coaching over a 6 month period on a regular monthly basis.
As well as coaching the group receive pre and post programme in-person group facilitation sessions (6 hours in total) these sessions assist the formation of a core support group and give opportunities for networking.
We work alongside the organisation in structuring the programme, the organisation recruits the delegates and then we take over with the coaching programme. All delegates receive a pre programme ‘Intake pack’, materials, exercises, tools and techniques during the programme as relevant to their own particular circumstances.
